Q: How long before an event should I reach out?
A: It completely depends on the scale of the event and size of the order. But for event set ups we need a minimum of 14 days notice and for gifting 10 days.
Q: What if I want a theme/ design created from scratch?
A: Yes, that can most certainly be done, of course for a very new concept we would need more time to ensure it’s unique design & execution.

Q: Do you organize events across India?
A: No, we plan and organize events only in Delhi NCR. For out of station small events we provide the option of portable decor that we source and design. We make it easy for you to set up on your trip.
Q: Do you take single hamper orders?
A: Yes we do, but it requires a minimum spend of 5500/- plus gst & delivery when it is a single hamper.
Q: How do you accept payments?

Terms & Conditions
- As most of our products are made to order, we require 100% payment in advance to confirm your order. We do not work on credit.
- We charge a standard GST*, which is not included in the price. (*Usually 5%, 12% or 18% depending on the product).
- For events we need to take an advance payment we need a minimum of 60% of the total amount to be paid upfront post which work would begin.
- We do not offer cash on delivery, however sometimes we do make exceptions with cash on pick up from our office in Noida.
- Please note, slight variations are inherent in the manufacturing of products & gift hampers should be expected. Such features make your product special and truly one-of-a-kind. They cannot be considered as defects. Due to the many variations in computers, smart-phones and browsers, colors may appear different on different electronic screens. As a result, slight shade variance between the product/ design images on the digital file and end product could be expected.
